Change of Address Request

Change of Address for Tax Notice and Utility Bill

To ensure that you continue to receive your notice of assessment, your tax notice and your utility bills in a timely manner, and avoid any penalties, we encourage you to contact BC Assessment and update your address for all properties that you own.  You can contact BC Assessment online at www.bcassessment.ca or by phone at (800) 990-1116. Your utility bill address and property tax address is updated with what BC Assessment sends us annually.

VOM Property Tax Sale

VILLAGE OF MASSET PROPERTY TAX SALE

In cases that property taxes are delinquent on September 06, 2019 properties will be advertised for sale in the Haida Gwaii Observer, then sold at the property tax sale on September 27, 2019 at 10:00 am.

Please ensure that delinquent amounts are paid in full prior to September 27, 2019

Civic Holiday

The Village of Masset Office will by closed Monday, August 5th for the Civic Holiday.
