Northern Haida Gwaii Hospital – Closed to walk in traffic.  Please call 250-626-4702 for the clinic or 250-626-4700 for emergencies if possible.

Pharmasave Masset - Closed to walk in traffic.  Call 1-866-403-7320 between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm Monday to Friday for prescription renewals.  Please have a credit card ready, an address and a phone number where you can be reached.  All medications must be paid for in advance and will be delivered at no cost.

Haida Gwaii Co-op - Groceries - Open daily 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.  Hardware - Monday to Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Causeway – Open 7:00 am – 11:00 pm 7 days a week.  Delivery service is available Wednesday to Sunday from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm for a fee of $10.00.  Free delivery for those over 65, free delivery for rural Haida Gwaii between Masset and Queen Charlotte on Wednesdays.  Call 250-626-5427 to inquire.   Causeway offers a hand sanitizing station and the seating area is now closed.              

Masset Grocery - Open 8:00 am – 7:00 pm Monday – Saturday, closed Sunday.  Call 250-626-3666.

Greater Masset Food Bank – The Greater Masset Food Bank provides access to healthy food for community members in Masset, Old Masset and Port Clements without judgment or prejudice.  Please call 250-626-7517.

Mile 0 – Eat in Monday to Friday 11:30 am to 8:30 pm. Pick anytime or Delivery on Fridays from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Off-sales Saturday and Sunday from 1:00 pm – 7:00 pm. Please call 250-626-3210.

Canada Post – Open Monday – Friday 10:00 am – 4:00 pm, Saturday 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.  250-626-5155.

BC Liquor – Open Monday – Thursday, Saturday 11:00 am – 6:00 pm, Friday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm.

Port Clements Landfill - Hours are Tuesday to Saturday 9 am to 3 pm.  Accepting pre-sorted paper and plastic recycling only until further notice.  Please follow directional signs, limit of 2 people at a time

Vancouver Island Regional Library - Residents in Masset who don’t currently have a library card can sign-up online and within 24 hours (currently if requested Sunday through Thursday) will have access to digital resources.
