Invitation for Public Comment 1545 Wallace Street Apartments
Old Massett Village Council is proposing a demolition and reconstruction of the property while maintaining the existing concrete perimeter foundations which are still in good condition. The applicant’s request is to provide 15 residential units in a two-storey apartment setting with 10 off street parking spaces and no loading space proposed where 23 off street parking spaces and one loading space are required under the Village of Masset’s Zoning Bylaw No. 677.
