Notice To Property Owners
The 2025 property tax notices have been mailed and the tax deadline is Tuesday, July 02, 2025.
Payments must be received by July 02, 2025 to avoid a 10% penalty. British Columbia provincial law does not allow municipalities to reverse late payment penalties and a disruption in the postal service is not a valid reason for late payments.
If you did not receive a property tax notice by the end of May 2025, please contact Jo-Ann Brown at the Village of Masset office by phone at (250) 626-3995 or email at cfo@masset.ca to get the notice faxed or emailed to you.
We do accept cash, cheque, online/wire transfers or e-Transfer payments only. E-Transfer payments must be sent to cfo@masset.ca.
